BANANA SPLIT Banana Split – Scented banana halves are placed on the sides then there are two scoops of each of the three flavors of ice cream – pineapple, strawberry and chocolate – each has its own wick. Then add fruit pieces of the pineapple and strawberries and the appropriate gel syrups. Whipped cream is piped on the topped and then a whole red maraschino cherry is placed on the top.
